Our Industrial Automation Audit (IAA) will provide you with critical knowledge and forecasting capability for your automated production lines. For Rockwell Automation customers, our Industrial Automation Audit services include Installed Base Evaluations (IBE). During an IBE, Fromm conducts an inventory of every panel and storeroom in your facility and identifies which parts are active, mature, or discontinued. We document our findings and then work with Rockwell Automation to analyze the data and make an inventory as well as develop a strategy to prepare for your future automation needs. This ensures you are stocking the right volume of parts to support your production lines and helps prevent unexpected stoppages or incompatible upgrades.
