These universal box mounting brackets are used with 4in Square and 4-11/16 in square junction boxes that need to be mounted to a stud wall. They offer a single side mounting tab with box center alignment provision. They are used to support electrical boxes mounted to metal or wood studs. They screw directly to the face of metal or wood studs. Built-in far side stand-off accommodates 2-1/2, 3-5/8, 5-1/2 or 6 in stud wall depths providing rigidity for the installed junction boxes.
