- Once the attic fan is installed in the attic the automatic thermostat turns the unit on and off to exhaust heat build up
- Thermostat comes preset to activate the fan at 110 deg, start temperature can be reset within range of 60 to 120 deg
- Automatically activates fan to exhaust heat from attic
